Pulling: back and biceps
Bent-over dumbbell row
Muscles worked: Upper back · lats · biceps

How to do it
- Set up. Hold the dumbbells and hinge at your hips with soft knees. Keep your back neutral and your torso steady.
- Move. Draw your elbows back towards your hips, keeping the weights close to your body without twisting.
- Finish. Lower the weights slowly. Stay in the hinge, or stand up and reset if your back starts to round.
Common mistakes
- Standing up more with every rep.
- Rounding your back.
- Jerking the weights up.
