How it works

1. Pay £79 by card. You don’t need an account. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Link, LLC (part of Stripe) is the merchant of record.
2. Get the code straight away. It’s shown on screen as soon as payment goes through, and we email a copy to the address you paid with.
3. Give it however you like: write it in a card, send it by message, or hand it over on Christmas Day.
4. They redeem it at fitfitcity.com by choosing Redeem a gift code. Their 12 months start that day.

When the code arrives

Instantly. There’s nothing to post, so there’s no last order date for Christmas. If the email hasn’t arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, or contact hello@fitfitcity.com and we’ll help.

Questions

When does the gift code arrive?

Straight away. As soon as your card payment goes through, the code appears on screen for you to copy. We also email it to the address you paid with, so you have a second copy. There’s nothing to post, so you can buy it on Christmas Eve.

Do you email the person I’m buying for?

No. We only show the code to you, so you can hand it over however you like: in a card, by message or on the day.

How does the recipient redeem it?

They go to fitfitcity.com, choose Redeem a gift code, create an account or log in, and enter the code. Their 12 months start on the day they redeem it, not the day you bought it.

Does it renew?

No. A gift is a one-off payment of £79. It doesn’t renew and nobody is charged again. If they want to carry on after 12 months, they can choose to join themselves.

How long is the code valid?

We honour gift codes for at least 12 months from the date of purchase, so it’s fine to give it now and let them start in January.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, if the code hasn’t been redeemed: ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Once a code has been redeemed it can’t be refunded.

What if they’re already a member?

If they have gift time left, the new 12 months is added on the end. If they have a paid membership, they can redeem the code once that membership ends, so no time is wasted.

Who can use it?

Fit Fit City is for adults aged 18 and over. Each code works once, and anyone who has the code can redeem it, so keep it safe.
