When your first payment is taken
Access starts straight away when you join. Your first payment is taken 2 days later from the card you added at checkout: £79 on the yearly plan, or the first £9.99 on the monthly plan. Your 12 months, and on the monthly plan the 12-month minimum term, run from that first payment. Your confirmation email gives the date.

We’re currently only able to offer membership to customers outside the United States. Our pricing, terms and data protection are built around UK and European consumer law, and we can’t yet meet the separate US legal and tax requirements.

How much is FitFitCity?
Membership is £79 a year, or £9.99 a month on a 12-month minimum (12 payments, £119.88 in total). Both include all taxes, and you get the same membership whichever way you pay. A gift is £79, paid once.
When is my first payment taken?

Is there a free week?
Yes, while places last. A free week gives you full member access with no card needed, and it ends by itself after 7 days. You’re never charged for it.
Does anything inside cost extra?
No. Every plan, recipe and tool is included, there are no adverts, and there are no extra paywalls inside, whether you pay monthly or yearly.
Is it a gym membership?
No. FitFitCity is an online fitness membership. It doesn’t get you into a gym, but the gym plans work in any gym you already use, and the home plans need no gym at all.
How do I cancel?

Do I need to download an app?
No. FitFitCity runs in your web browser on a phone, tablet or computer, so you don’t need an app store. On a phone you can add it to your home screen, and it then opens like an app.
