13 training plans and a monthly programmePick a goal, then follow it day by day

Thirteen plans cover starting out, fat loss, strength, home training, running, walking, swimming, cycling, cardio and HIIT, sports fitness and mobility. Every month there’s also a new four-week programme: October’s is Stronger Back, and Stronger Back: Next Steps starts in November.

  • Start today’s session in one tap, with last time’s weights filled in
  • Switch most gym exercises to home versions, or the other way round
  • Swimming, cycling, cardio and HIIT, sports and walking plans, not just the gym
  • Swap sessions between days when your week changes
  • Easier weeks are built in, and most exercises have an easier version you can swap to in one tap

Food Diary/Calorie CalculatorAutomatic Calorie Counter

Over 52,000 foods in our calorie calculator, including UK supermarket brands

An optional food diary that knows UK food, from a tin of tuna to Weetabix. Tap a food, pick a portion and it’s in, with calories, protein, carbs, fat, sugars and salt worked out for you.

  • Portions that make sense: 1 tin, 1 tbsp, 1 cup cooked or your own grams
  • Save meals you eat often, copy yesterday and re-add them in one tap
  • A daily allowance from your target or the UK reference intakes, with sensible minimums
  • Hide calorie numbers completely if you’d rather not see them
  • Saved to your account if you choose, with a download any time
The food diary for an example day: tinned tuna, boiled rice and a tablespoon of mayonnaise at lunch (424 kcal), with breakfast, dinner and a snack, and a daily allowance of 1,290 of 2,200 kcal with bars for protein, carbs, fat, sugars and salt.

Workout log that fills itself inBeat Your Personal Best

Log sets, reps and weight between sets, at the gym or at home. Follow a plan and today’s session is already in your log, or load any session from any plan. The log remembers last time and suggests a sensible next step, so progress isn’t guesswork.

  • Personal bests saved for every exercise
  • Rest timer, estimated one-rep max and a history chart
  • Seconds instead of reps for holds such as planks, and warm-up sets that never count as PBs
  • Tick off a set done as planned in one tap
Guide: use a workout log to beat your PB

A 12-week home planNo gym? No problem

A 12-week home plan with bodyweight and dumbbell options. It needs a space about two metres square, and there’s no jumping, so it suits flats.

  • Three 60-minute sessions a week, plus an optional quiet cardio circuit
  • An easier and a harder version of every move
  • A warm-up and cool-down in every session

Muscle mapSee Which Muscles You’ve Worked

Log your sets and the front and back figures fill in as the week goes on. The more sets a muscle gets, the darker it goes, so you can see at a glance if you’ve done loads of legs and hardly any chest.

  • Front and back of the body, updated every time you log a set
  • Tap a muscle to see your sets, when you last trained it and an exercise to try next
  • Flick back to see previous weeks

Progress, a muscle map and a training calendarSee the weeks add up

  • Week streak and monthly training days
  • Muscle map of your week, front and back
  • Strength trend for your main lifts, and a searchable history
  • Optional weight and measurement chart
  • Progress photos (optional) that stay on your phone, with a side-by-side compare

Questions

What do I get?

Full access to 13 training plans, including the 12-week home plan and plans for swimming, cycling, cardio and sports, a new monthly programme, the workout log with personal bests and a rest timer, 225 recipes with allergen information, four meal plans and eight world-inspired meal weeks with shopping lists, monthly challenges and the progress tracker with a weekly muscle map. No adverts and no extra paywalls inside, whether you pay monthly or yearly. We add new content during the year.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes. The monthly plan is £9.99 a month on a 12-month plan: 12 monthly payments (£119.88 in total), then it carries on month to month until you switch it off in your online account. Paying yearly is cheaper: £79 for 12 months, £40.88 less. See prices.

Do I need a gym?

No. The 12-week home plan has a bodyweight-only track and a dumbbell or band track, with no jumping. Several other plans also work at home, and you can switch most gym exercises to home versions.

Can beginners use it?

Yes. Beginner Reset, the 12-week home plan and Mobility + Core are designed as starting points, and every exercise has an easier version. Answer a few quick questions and we’ll suggest a plan.

Is this medical or diet advice?

No. It’s general fitness information and meal ideas, not a medical service or personalised dietetic advice. If you have a health condition, an injury, are pregnant or have a history of eating disorders, speak to a qualified professional first. See our health and fitness disclaimer.

Can I cancel?

Yearly: switch off automatic renewal for next year at any time in your online account (Account), and you keep access until the end of the 12 months you’ve paid for. Monthly: it’s a 12-month contract, so all 12 payments are payable, and you keep access for the full 12 months. From month 13 it carries on monthly until you switch it off in Account, and stops at the end of that month. Because access starts straight away, you lose the 14-day right to cancel once you’re in; your rights if the content is faulty aren’t affected. See cancellation and refunds.

Can I give it as a gift?

Yes. A gift is a one-off £79 payment that doesn’t renew. The code appears on screen straight away. See gift membership.
