How to do it
- Set up. Lie on your side and place your forearm on the floor with the elbow below your shoulder. Align your legs and feet for a stable base.
- Move. Lift your hips into a controlled line from shoulders to feet. Breathe normally and avoid rolling your chest towards the floor.
- Finish. Lower your hips under control when the hold ends. Reset carefully on the other side and repeat as prescribed.
Common mistakes
- Hips dropping.
- Shoulder not stacked over the elbow.
- Rolling forwards.
